As soon as we receive your payment and intake form, we will get to work on filing your mandatory beneficial owner information report for your company. Please note that we cannot double-check the information you provide. (For instance, FinCEN requires the full legal name of beneficial owners so if you provide us with J.R. Smith, we will enter J.R. Smith into the report even if your full legal name is actually John Robert Smith II. Similarly, if you enter the full legal name of your business as "ABC Inc" and it's actually "A.B.C. Enterprises, Inc." or provide the wrong EIN tax number, we cannot double-check and correct your submission.) We provide a complimentary CTA guidance document for download. Once your Beneficial Owner Information Report (BOIR) has been filed, we will provide you with a confirmation email including a transcript of the filing. Please be certain that your intake email is correct. In the event you discover an error or the information you have submitted to FinCEN changes, you will have 30 days to correct the information. Failure to do so may result in fines and other penalties. NOTE: We schedule a 5 minute session to hold your place in the queue. Filing your report takes substantially longer than that.
